I am getting a guitar built and I wanted to get more of his engravings for reference for custom fretboard inlay work.
He has engraved many small items for us over the years to include spoons, potato peelers, knives, pretty much anything! And when I was very young he showed me how to engrave on his bowling ball he cut in half and installed a vice to it. He was truly gifted at that! |

Shane,
I ended up with your grandfathers collection of Parker Pages which is the newsletter that the Parker Gun Collectors Association puts out quarterly. It is almost a complete set from the very beginning. He must have joined the Parker Gun Collectors Association at the very beginning of it. There are different little notes he has written in them about various things in the newsletter. It is a very cool Parker Gun Library to own. |
