I would be able to wrap-up this courtesy to a couple of non-Members if I had an estimated value range to pass on to them.
The owner of the catalogue is a fellow outdoorsman whose interests have shifted more to fishing tackle collecting and fly-tying. The easiest way for him to sell the item, I would guess, would be his listing it on here as a Member in our for-sale section (which I have suggested).

Russell, Whoever tied that that fly was very accomplished. I don't know how old it is but the gut eye and balance of the materials is beautiful ! It deserves framing. Best, Paul D Narlesky
