Guys and gals, we are a month away. If you need RST shells, please call them and place your order. They will have your shells here for the event. THX.

I guess so. I'll need to shoot until I win one of those baubles you have on display.

He is my shooting buddy but he is focused on the big bore stuff (10,12) whereas I'm shooting (literally) for the smallbore stuff. Either way we will have fun and burn some powder, consume brown liquor and since you can't shoot the only guys we have to look out for are Dave/David D. Either way we win.

It will be a pleasure Jeff. Kinda hoping you'd make it this year.

Me too Daryl. I've sold almost all the guns I want to spin from the collection right now and will have more time to shoot than I did at Hidden Hollow. Yo, you might have to look out for a few more of us and some dark horses too; remember when we used to go head to head for the Ansley H Fox Championship when the VC was at Pintail Point? Those were the days ….. really not that long ago.

Some of the readers may not have picked up that Mountain Mike split the pump gun side event into small and large bore guns. Gotta get one of my 20 bore Model 12's out for some practice before then.

That would be great Frank shooting with you. Those head-to-head's at Pintail Point were always fun no matter who won. I was'nt leaving you out of the competitors to beat, just ragging on Mike because the Daves are his buds. It's all fun.

Looks like I better tune up with that M12, 20ga. I bought from you. BTW, what vintage pump gun was made in 10ga.?

No vintage 10 bore pumps that I know of. As I understand it the Mountain man has the 12 and 16 in one class and 20 and smaller in the other one.

The Ruskies made a four gauge pump. One comes up on the net occasionally.
