Well then, I think we should determine value based on the prices they sold for, not the asking price.

Craig's "A little wear on it" and "selective single trigger" if either is in the description, take at least $1000 off the price of a mint double trigger two barrel set. Good luck finding a mint, double trigger, 28 gauge two barrel set. Such a gun, when you find it, will be priced real close to ten grand. The OP's gun is probably worth about $7000. Heed Mr. Noble's advice and mount that forend on one of the barrel sets to avoid damage.

About 90% of the prices you see on the gun sites are over priced & don't sell. Gun Broker has a completed sales look up & you can see what they sell for & don't sell for. Go to advanced search, then completed sales.

Regardless of what I do or do not say is irrelavent as most of what we sell are consignment guns . And I truely hope you understand the concept of consignment as I DO NOT SET THE PRICE .

But don't you, and most others, set the minimum?

I recently sold a field used, straight grip, double triggers, q1, q2 26” and m/f 28” 28 repro for just north of $6k to another member. It also had the longer lop.

I did Bill. Late July. I promptly bought a nice Model 21 Duck 12 gauge and a beautiful VH 20 with 30” tubes from Frank.

I think I remember that one, a great deal. If I didn't have one, I would have jumped on it.
