A letter came with one of the Parkers that I purchased and hopefully my other gun is listed in the book as well. I always get a factory letter thats available on any of the guns I own and was happy to get one on my mint model 21-20 ga. skeet and my almost new L.C. Smith 410.

If you are seriously into Parkers, without question. It lets you confirm originality of gun characteristics. But note that not all guns are in the listing, because it originated from the order books, and there are a few that are missing. I have two of the serialization books, so I don't have to chase it between floors!

Got my Parker serialization book yesterday and was happy to see that my guns serial numbers were in there. I was disappointed though that the two back pages of the book were blank and that the article by Mr. Art Wheaton(Parker Fever is the price of ownership) was not in there. This book appears to be a late fourth printing. Did they eliminate his article in the later editions?
