I have cases from Kevin McCormack, FEI, and Ed Morgan, and all are exceptional.

Bill, I have never seen one of Ed's, can you show us some pictures?

You may have more luck with Ed for pictures. Both cases Ed built for me were for three barrel sets, Damascus GHE 16s, one case for original 24", 28" and 30" and one for 26", 28" and 32", a composed set built around the original 28" Damascus barrels. They are all nicely fitted.

I'm coming in late, but I have ordered quite a few walnut presentation cases from Hampel's Woodland Products in Elkhart IN. These were for handguns, but you might check him out for custom work. I doubt he uses leather covers, but his work is good, and reasonable, IMHO. All he needs is a tracing of your parts, and a general idea of the desired layout.

Bill,
Both Brady and Bryant supplied the British gun trade with hand made cases for most of the 19th and 20th century. These makers also supplied the US retailers such as Abercrombie & Fitch and VL&D with quality cases made specifically for SxS shotguns in many different styles. These English cases are the best value I have found for a good used quality case made specifically for a SxS shotgun.

Default gun cases

Ed Morgans cases are nice and fairly priced.
