I'm not reading everything or missing something. Do the shells themselves say they're loaded with Laflin & Rand?

I've actually had some success putting boxes that were in pieces back together with a method I have. As long as all the pieces are there and the paper isn't fragile you can usually do something with them.

Topwads quite often specify the manufacturer of the propellant. I do not know for sure when this practice began, or ended. I have numerous examples in my collection with powder designations.
