No, not a Parker, but that old 870 has a lot of sentimental value to me. I did take one with a grade 2 hammer 12 last year. I do prefer the 870 for turkeys and once again the TSS 9sflattened the bird at 38 yds just as it was disappearing over the rise.
I want to take my next turkey with the old Greener hammer gun. I u

My favorite hunt decades ago was a 20yd shot with a Pedorsoli 10 ga. Percussion SxS. 21lb 1-1/8" spurs. 1-5/8 oz of copper plated 5 shot and equal amount of ffg by volume. . 4 overshot cards over powder and 1 overshot card over shot. I found that using the thick fiberwads blew donut holes in center of pattern.
