BPs wed site read “in stock” so just ordered several thousand this AM, no problem. Awaiting email confirmation. Maybe the shortage is beginning to abate.

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but are Cheddites dimensionally the same as 209's?

I’ve had no issue so far in anything from a 10 to a 410 .

Those Cheddite primers are 209's. Dimensionally, they are maybe one or maybe two thousandths larger in diameter than US brand 209's. If you use a single stage loader or a manually operated progressive loader, like a MEC Grabber, you will notice a little more effort to prime a hull that had previously US primers. After the that, they feel about the same. I've used Cheddites and went back to using Winchester 209's and they prime just fine. That's my experience. Bill |
