I'm glad to hear about Dave, he lives close to me and I frequently need stock work, usually on vintage rifles.

Sorry was using my I-Phone and didn't check the voice recognition message before I send it. Should say, Not cheap but very good and very fast.

I'd like to add, I broke a 28Ga Repro at the wrist. Straight through, two piece break and he repaired it and you were hard pressed to find it. He has never had one of my guns longer than two weeks and he's done many for me.

Default Repaired

In case it was not seen on the other thread about the "scratched" repro, here are before and after pictures of the repaired stock. I decided to go with Brad B. since he had worked on it originally and I am well pleased with the results.

Wow, I bet that makes the old stomach roll when you look down and see your stock in parts! Looks good now.

Yes, but at the time I was more concerned on how my son came out of the deal. He came out fine and now they both are OK. -plc-

When I call that phone number I get the "not a working number" recording.

Any one have his current number?

Thanks!

Dave Wolf did the most difficult break of a hammer gun stock I have ever seen. I can't see the repair, and I think I have seen the gun offered for sale on the internet ten years later.
