If the seller misrepresented the gun (in this case, lied to you, possible unknowingly), and you feel burnt, then return it and insist on 100% of your money back! Meaning shipping (both ways) included.
I have had this happen to me before and i got all my money back. Some things are completely inexcusable. This is an example of just that.
This kind of reminds me of one particular horror story i heard come out of one particular repair shop. The particular Gunsmith says “your gun is done, it works great! I was shooting skeet with it yesterday.” The gun came back to the gustomer with the left firing pin NOT IN THE GUN! You cant shoot doubles in skeet with one barrel! Simply Embarrassing!
