Sorry, Craig, but Friday is my granddaughter's high school graduation. However, my opinion is that Mad Jack is the ideal venue for eight gauge competition or show off. Have a good time.

I posted a notice on the LCSCA and LCA forums. The Hausmann's Mad Jack is VERY challenging with LONG and FAST targets as you move around the field. Should be BIG FUN.

That would have been quite a show. I remember shooting the 20 ga course a few years ago, or more with mark Ouellete shooting a very nice 8 ga.

Yes it was ! Standing behind that gentleman the first time he put a BP load in was almost painful to listen to ! Bad thing was he didn’t know which of his shells were loaded with BP

We had tons of fun at the 8 gauge shoot on Friday at the Mad Jack layout!! The last man standing was Mark Kircher, but everyone shot very well.
Names of participants from right to left: John Hosford, Mark Besland, Craig Thompson, Stan Hoover, Rick Simmonds, Jim Hall, Craig Larter, Forgot the next name??, Mark Kircher. Lets do it again next year and draw in some more 8 gauge shooters and collectors.
