I dunno Jack...I shot one of my fellow club members Model 21 today at skeet. This gun was bought for his father by his grandfather who worked at Winchester in New Haven CT. The gun was a 1935 Trap Grade 12 gauge skeet gun with 26" barrels, double triggers, checkered butt, trap forend and a straight grip choked skeet in,skeet out. This the first Model 21 12 gauge that I have shot that didn't feel like a club. The weight was between the hands and it swung wonderfully. I must have been the short tubes.

I still have one of a pair of Model 21s my Dad and I bought in 1965. If it were a Model 23, it would be long gone.

Well, gentlemen, there is no doubting which Model deserves to be discussed in "Other Fine Doubles". Thanks for supporting my continued education.
Cheers,
Jack
