I've sold off most of my random guns and earlier this year I put out a WTB for an honest 12g/32" Parker with good dimensions and tight chokes. It took a while but since then I snagged several good ones in Grades VH, VHE, DH, along with a 28" VHE that will see the grouse woods in a few weeks. They added to two Parkers I already owned. Some of my Fox friends will think this is heresy but right now I have more Parkers than Foxes.

While not a Parker, I got an Ithaca Mag 10 which is a great gun.

Frank, you may by now have found that a Parker “gets the game” every bit as well as a Fox.

Bought a very nice 12g Trojan for Tad. For me, bought an 8g P grade 34" and a really nice 12g 32" DHE with great dimensions. Might have been another one or two but I don't remember if they were 2023 or 2022. Picked up some classic varmint rifles. But that's a completely different thread topic.

Frank, not everyone goes right into the big leagues. Some have to play in the minors until they're ready for the big show. Just sayin' for a friend.

A good friend decided to move out of his Parkers and into another area of collecting. I was fortunate enough to get the call. I now own two Fabulous grade 7 12 bores.
I also bought what I suspect is the only 20 bore 32" cutaway gun at the G&D auction earlier this year. Sold off a bunch of dust collectors. Looking to add. Time to go duck hunting first- Headed to Manitoba tomorrow!

Hey Mike, Craig asked about Parker buys this year and that's what I replied to. Also as you know I haven't jumped ship on Fox guns. Just sayin that right now I have more Parkers than Foxes and that's in part because there are way more enthusiastic Parker shooters than Foxers. I've always been warmly welcomed to join in with a Parker sporting gang while shooting a Parker and thus my move to get more of them. And really, a Fox might cause some of them the jitters or inattention while looking at its seductive frame panels and styling. I wouldn't want to do that to my Parker friends.
