Returned from Southern Side X Side Sunday and went searching for a Pigeon Grade 28 gauge, skeet and skeet, with 28 inch barrels, no luck. Superposed are my favorite shotgun.
Several very nice B -25s and one cased Superposed with 3 barrel was interesting but none made the trip home in my car. Great buy and enjoy your Superposed I hope it's the first of many more. |

Unfortunately, graded Supers with smallbore 28" barrels are priced in multiples of Grade 1 prices. We should have bought them when they were being made. I haven't found a reasonably priced RKLT 28 gauge with 28" field choked barrels yet, after decades of searching.

Superposed Skeet 20 ga 28"
And here's a nice little popper that just showed up today on GI. If someone wanted a good 20 gauge this would fit the bill and these are good people to deal with too.

I found this '66 28 gauge, 28", **$/**$ in Idaho last month. I think it's got at least Diana grade wood. It came with a set of .410 "Super Tubes" |

BTW, picked up the 12ga Superposed on Monday, and very happy with it. It does not appear to have been shot much at all.
Now.... My long term plan is my new grabdson, born very early tuesday morning will one day be the owner of this gun. The trigger guard has the initials RLM in gold on it. Is there a way a person can get rid of those, and maybe have my Grandson's initials put there in their place???
