To go to field with a Parker Gun when the air is fresh with the scent of the earth, is about as close to our maker as a man will ever know.
I have been fortunate in my 69 years to step into the woods with a Parker under my arm, a sandwich in my pocket, and the biggest grin you can imagine. What a very nice Parker. Jim Thynne |

It's great to have Jim T. on this site. Hope we see you at the Southern. This will be my 52nd season with my first VH Parker, made in 1904. In three or four years, I will have owned and shot it as long or longer than the original owner.
