Yes Craig, the BPI plastic gas seals fit tight in the hulls and sealed very well also.More testing could have been done but we thought we had several very adaquate loads with lead and bismuth using different wads and gas seals for the short tens.Jeff

Pete,I don't dought that the paper towel trick wouldn't accomplish the same results but could it possibly result in an incendiary round and start a prairie fire?I guess I'll stick with the plastic or hard card gas seals.Jeff.

I was talking with one of the RST ladies at Hausemann’s in June and she told me they loaded a couple flats using this wad in new RST/Cheddar hulls and put them in the back of an SUV for a month or so and got powder migration , however she said they did the same thing with once fired hulls and it was no longer the case .

I am glad to hear they are doing such testing but how many years has it been since RST had any 10ga shells? At this point in time I don't understand why that remains the case.

All the components are available on the net.Could be RST can't get the volume they would want at a price that's feasible.I only shoot a few boxes a year and really enjoy making my own ammo.Im set with components for a long time.
