I agree with Dean. Sure looks like an Ithaca. I used to own 180115 the gun made one number before Fred Gilbert’s gun. Also a 32” straight grip gun.

Randy, how are you so sure? The photo is poor but the general shape of the frame walls don't look Parkerish to me, the height of the frame is too high. I would think with all the surviving Parker SBT's, we would have seen one by now. If one does exist, I'd like to see a modern photo of one.

Certainly appears to me that I can see the mono-bloc style breech to the barrel as found on the Flues Model Ithaca SBT or the early Baker SBTs. Shape of the receiver looks more Ithaca Flues to these old eyes.
