While we have not had open camp fires, we do have charcoal, coleman, and gas grills between those of us that camp. Paul is actually the gentleman who own the parking field we camp in, and he usually drops by for a drink and snack. Looking forward to meeting you Craig, oh, and you could use my Coleman gas campstove if you like, we are a pretty friendly bunch.

It’s not from scratch , there’s a jambalaya canned mix I buy in the grocery store and add some jalapeños. But it isn’t bad with some rolls , fresh cucumbers and fresh tomatoes. Or atleast I think so !
