Matt if you reload a 7/8 or 3/4 load in a Fox 16 is very nice to shoot and will break any target or kill any bird if held well. My first 16 Fox i only had 1 oz. factory for and did not like them. Started out reloading 16 in my youth and went back to it and worked out great. They will need filler wads and they can be bought or made easily.

Matt, where is the gun show? There is one in Washington,Pa this weekend. Didn't go yesterday, had another 3-4" of snow and roads were bad early on. May go today as the wife is heading to Pittsburgh for the day.. Don't usually find much interesting there.
Where in Ohio are you?, I may have asked before. I still consider myself an Ohio guy, born and raised, and worked my whole career in Belmont county. Now live just 5 miles from Ohio border

I had the Orvis version of the Autumn, which is the same gun but with a blued frame or receiver. I bought it because it had a left-hand stock, and I wanted a newer gun that could handle any type of ammunition.

While well-made, I found it to be too bulky and heavy for the grouse/woodcock covers and ended up selling it for just about what I paid for it.

My buddy has a Dickinson and for ME it shoots about 70/30 and I can't shoot it. It was not custom ordered so I wonder if others are built as such.
