Default The Eric Klein book arrived

I received my copy of the Eric Klein Collection by Josh. It's a very well done book and well worth $350. As a long time Fox collector, I was blown away with the Fox Chapter. I have viewed some of the best Fox guns in major collections in my life, but the Fox chapter is a real treat. The Parker Chapter is very well done with examples over the full spectrum of grades. The AAHE's are my favorites! I must say Mr. Klein's guns are fantastic but the average guy can still acquire better examples in many of the categories.

Craig, I’m jealous. Mine was to come today, but was delayed. I can’t wait.

FedEx says tomorrow between 10 am & 2 pm. Just watched Norah and she had a tornado hitting a FedEx distribution center. At least the FedEx plane skidding off the runway was in Turkey and won't impact my copy!!

I got mine late yesterday. Lots of “pin-up” guns! A wonderful collection and great descriptions by Josh.

Kudos also to Mollie and Amy (her photography is wonderful). I’ve met both these folks and appreciated their good work.

Josh, you have a good team.

It's official, this is the biggest book I have ever purchased. WOW! What a book! I can't wait to dig into it. I'm glad I got one.

What a marvelous book on a marvelous collection! Other than one really unique Parker, Mr. Klein doesn't appear to have been into big bores!!

I received mine three days ago and still haven't reached the halfway mark I’m so consumed by the beautiful pictures and descriptions.

So I've been spent a bit of time studying the EK book and my biggest surprise was the AH Fox F grade Super Fox. I never knew the gun existed in that it is not recorded as a FH (H being the designation for a Super Fox) on the factory production card. But the gun is clearly engraved on the action water table as a FH. Your always discovering new examples in this hobby that makes it so interesting. Any new discoveries for for those that purchased the book? I was blown away by the number of small bore 32" guns.
