Harold;

Dean is so right. Trust me on this one... a 30" 28 is like a magic wand in your hands. ( a 26, 28in 28ga. is pretty darn sweet too.)

Yeah, I am leaving the very few out there for others who really want them. A 20 gauge Parker hammer gun is rare enough for me.

Not a Parker , but looks like I've succumbed to the 28 ga hype. A 28 ga Dickinson 30" st grip will be picked up tomorrow. Has regular + extended choke tubes. Just happen to have 5 cases of old AA Skeet 9's that I bought at $40/case, so probably will be looking for a Mec loader. Hopefully have it at Hausmanns .

Trust me Harold, it's not hype.

Only two out of 61 total SF 20ga guns are listed as having been made with 3" chambers.

Could one assume that a 20 gauge Parker made with 2 7/8" chambers was made for 3" shells? I have a 20 VH with 30" barrels that letters as having a requested chamber length of 2 7/8"

Reggie is correct, although some customers specified 3" chambers, also obviously meant for 3" shells.

Picked it up this morning at Kenny Graft's shop(Sxs Ohio). Interestingly, I was there at his shop with Brett Hoops 2 years ago when the first owner picked it up, and I've wanted one since. 5lbs 13 oz with 30 in ejectors barrels with the xtended chokes in, plus came with 5 flush fit choke tubes, snap caps and case.
