Default Turnbull 'Like New' VH restore

My 'like new' Turnbull restored VH just came today. It took 13 months with the COVID delay. The gun has been in my family since the 1930s. It's a 16 ga on a 1 frame, 28 inch barrels. Turnbull did everything: case colors, replaced buggered screws, refinished stock, blued barrels, recut the engraving and more. It's good for another hundred years and three generations.1.jpeg

I think 13 mos. under the circumstances is a pretty good turnaround time. Nice job, nice gun.

A year for a full restoration is not out of the ordinary. It took Delgrego's a year to fully restore a 16 ga Parker that has been in my family since purchase in the 1920's
