Bill,

It would be nice to see your 28 alongside one of your 8 gauges. My avatar is an 0 framed 20 next to a 4 framed 10 gauge. The one time I was able to shoot at the Southern, I followed up the 10 gauge lifter with the 28. I new I had made a mistake after the first station, but I was already committed.

talk about a differance harry....what were you thinking... would love to hear the story.... and bill i dont think i would have owned up and said i had some of them good for nothing guns..ha my best to you gents... charlie

i would have liked to have had that model 12 winchester with 32 inch barrel it was a nice gun...francis i looked that no2 grade lc smith over goo it had a letter with it stating the 27 inch barrel were factory... and thesigle selective trigger was also factory....the lc smith boys said a few of these gold bars come up every once in a while....i have a lc smith no 4 grade and it its a plain jane..no gold bar no ejectors and just fair lookin wood...some body must have just liked the engraving or didnot have the money to jazz the gun up... would you believe it were geting a pretty good snow as of now...looks like im gonna have to move north to get away from it...makes 4 th snow this year....we aint had 4 good snows in the last 40 years....guess ill get up and see if i can track a rabbit in the morning.... charlie
