John, I did that for sure as I tracked down most of my empties. Given everything that is going on lately, I will be reloading everything I can...

I have a 410 Citori and model 42. Someday I would like to have a Parker 410, I will need to plan accordingly and should start saving now. It would be worth it though,,,

The gun club I learned to shoot at was DuPont's club south of Wilmington, Del. DuPont owned 51% of Remington in those days, and as a result, there was a lot of "Stoopin" going on there

At one time I had an 11-87 28ga skeet. It was a nice gun.

I saw one of the sets sell on GB in the last two weeks for over 3G’s if I’m not mistaken .

Yes it was made in 1976 and is the skeet model(or at least has the skeet barrel). I wasn't sure how it would do on a sporting clays course with such an open choke as I like 410s with tight chokes. However, it did well very well, only a few targets were out of range(or more accurately I couldn't figure out). Very impressed to say the least.

I must admit...I want one in a 28 gauge now too...

Outstanding! Mine was made in 73, I think. I have never owned a firearm that was so much fun to shoot. Mine is also choked Skeet and it’s very capable of breaking clay IF, and that’s a big if, I do my part.

It's very important that I finish 2021 with a 0000 frame Repro .410 and a field used DHE 28 gauge skeet.

Do it Mills...I shot 6 boxes of shells yesterday and was enjoying every second. I am not an auto guy in shotguns, except for some older A5s, but this 1100 is just delightful. I have a lot of respect for the 410, I think it makes you a better shooter.

My other favorite 410, my Citori is one of the best shooting guns I have ever had(regardless of gauge), some Briley extended chokes really have made that gun into a performer. I take it on a lot of preserve hunts especially when I was first training my dog. I can't believe how well it does on birds.

I promise I will start posting about Parkers again! This little 410 was too good not to share...
