Keavin, hope you are planning on attending the PGCA Annual meeting on Friday night as well.

Yes. For those who have always wanted to attend the Southern and/or an annual meeting, here is your chance to attend both.

Hi all. I just made a room reservation and the rate is about $10 higher than was listed here. Receptionist said a manager made a deal without checking with the boss. Either way, just FYI

The Long Island boys are going, driving. Where is Drakes relative to Deep River?

Rooms at the Hampton Inn for the Southern Side-by-Side dates are selling out fast.

I just reserved for Thursday through Saturday night the last room available from the PGCA discounted-price block.

More rooms are available, but at the regular rates and the rooms are not of the "standard" description that constituted the PGCA block.

I talked with Ashley, the Front Desk Manager, at 919-775-2000. She was very pleasant to deal with and seemed to have good situational awareness.

I just spoke this a.m. with Ashley at The Hampton Inn, and she said that there will be no charge for my canceling my reservation for lodging that coincides with the now-canceled Southern Side-by-Side and PGCA Annual Meeting and Banquet.

She said she is looking forward to seeing all of us next year.

Many thanks to the PGCA organizers for choosing this business entity for our block room arrangements, as it has been easy at every turn to communicate and deal with its people at the front desk.

First year we went was heavy. Then we decide to leave the checkbook at home but then people extend us credit. Now I just plan for May to be payback month. A lot of prices are high but there are plenty of deals to be had as well

Only things I saw I would really have liked to had that year were the dealer from Florida’s FIVE VH/VHE 410’s anywhere from 25-40 G’s and at Galazan’s the J. Cliff Green set that I’m sure he was thinking 250-300 G’s . But then I’ve always had champagne taste and a not even beer budget
