SBT= Single Barrel Trap. A1S is the grade. Which happens to be the highest grade available at the time.

You stated earlier that the barrel measured 32". Are you certain? The Parker Identification & Serialization shows that the gun had 34" barrels. The book could be incorrect. A Parker Letter may resolve that question.

Also, the forend iron shows a "2" under the serial number. Would that indicate that there were 2 barrels with the gun?

I was thinking it might have been a two barrel SA-1 as well .

If you read my earlier post in this forum, that makes (5) known SA1 SBT's according to my research.


Also, if you note in my earlier post, and according to the Serialization book this gun came from the factory with a Monte Carlo stock.
