Default SBT pic

I took this photo for a thread on another site; the thread was to show off your gun and birds so far this season, but since pheasant and quail season doesn't open for another month here, these are the only kind of "birds" I've gotten so far. I thought somebody here might like to see it. Nothing special, just a shot of my SBT and a few accouterments that turned out OK...

That looks like a great SBT. Have any more pics to share?

Well, maybe not great but...the gun's in nice condition but it is the infamous gun with the chopped barrel that I'd posted about earlier - hence no pics of the whole barrel - and it does have that that cheesy plexiglas spacer (which at this point I have no plans to replace). But she's mine, and we have a deal: I won't point out her shortcomings if she won't point out mine. Here's a few quick shots on the deck tonight...

Don't fret Phil, I'd take that fiberglass insert over a Morgan adjustable any day of the week. What a beautiful stick of lumber! I can see how you were drawn "into the flame" over that one!

Did you say the barrel has been cut? Of so, how long is it? If it was cut was it cutt off upstream from the choke?

Beautiful chunk of wood! Mine had a beat up Silvers Butt pad that I replaced with a new one. Looks great.
