I found some IMR 4831 in an eight pound Jug the other day and it was $250.00. That was in Alabama. Powder at the New Cabala's in Atlanta was 30.00 and up. If you guy's can buy 8 lbs at $112.00 you are lucky.

If it provides any schadenfreude for those on this thread, I saw an 8-lb jug of Red Dot at the Louisville show yesterday. For the low, low price of $259 ! For some reason, no one seemed to be grabbing for it...

Found 4 1 pounders of 7625 this weekend at a gun show, in Washington, Pa. He was asking $24/pound. I offered $85 for all four and he took it. Also bought 2 pounds of International at $19/pound.
Not many Parkers to look at, a VHE 12 with a replacement straight grip, 1 1/2 frame, and another Vhe 12, and a Parker Repro 20 2 barrel set.

I wonder what is up with 7625? Word out there was it was discontinued ibut after a long drought it shows up again. I found four pounds about a month ago. Let's hope it doesn't go away as it is fine stuff for low pressure loads.

For a source for lead shot try rotometals.com they have new and reclaimed shot available. I have been using the reclaimed that is washed and graphite. Their prices include shipping. Two bags, 50lbs., washed and graphite is $83.99. Hope this helps. For the powder shortage, just keep checking all the websites.

At gunshow last week, one dealer had at least a dozen 1 lbers of Red Dot, a bunch of Titewad, and several pounds of Unique. I didn't need any Red Dot 'cause I had bought a 4 pounder of WAA Light this fall, and still had some RD. I did buy a pound of Unique to try with 16 ga loads.
