I own two D grade guns, a 12 gauge trap gun with 32" full and full tubes (Titanic Steel) and an older 10 gauge with fine Damascus 32" barrels. A nice 12 gauge Damascus D grade gun would be a nice addition to the flock. Sorry if I sound greedy but I have a love affair with side by sides and find it hard to pass one up. I've been breaking 46 - 50 clays out of 50 with the trap gun in the year I've owned it and have semi retired my newer trap guns for the present.

I have sent a PM to our leader, Ed Morgan, asking for a PGCA letter to be added to this thread. I can't wait to see who originally ordered this great gun.

I have a question about Canadian PGCA members. If the winning ticket is held by a Canadian PGCA member will we be able to claim the gun (assuming we pay all the export/import fees)?
thanks, Neil |

Bill,
I have no way to scan it at home but can tell you it shipped to a MR. T.B. Davis of Portland Maine on July 15th, 1882. It was patterned to shoot 180 pellets of #8 shot in a 24" circle at 40 yards with both barrels. |
