Default New VH 20 gauge off to a good start

The dogs and I are enjoying our new 20 gauge VH. I was concerned about 26” barrels but they seem to be perfect !

...appears to be a whole lotta trouble standing on that tailgate! (:

If they were labs, at least two of them would be standing on the Parker! Great photo!

Ha! If they were labs one of them would own a Parker, the other a Fox and the third would be loading low pressure loads for the other two. Great picture Gary. My first VHE 20 back in the seventies has 26" M/F barrels and was my main shooter for many years. Worked for me.

Some great "Ugly Dogs" on that tailgate. My late Eva was an "Ugly Dog" and was my best of 75 years of bird dogs.

I like 26" barrels . I have a VH 20, VHE 20, and DHE 16 with 26" barrels. Of course grouse hunting is my favorite upland hunting.

What a family! I'll bet there is never a dull moment at your house. (Oh, yeah, very nice gun to complement those wonderful pups.)

Trust me the reason the picture wasn't that great is because i was concerned about them stepping on the gun .... two dogs is easy three dogs is bad news
