Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..

Grade two lifter hammer gun
I am looking for any additional information that could be shared about this gun serial number 38854. I do not own it. It is in the serial number book and is as listed, Grade 2, pistol grip, 10 ga., 32". The barrels are uncut and remain choked full/full and show minimal pitting and are dent free. The only problems I see with this gun is it has no buttplate, but the wood is undamaged and the barrels need to be put back on face. The seller is asking $1,500.00. What would be an approximate cost to put the barrels back on face and is this a reasonable price for a lifter hammer gun in 10 ga. with 32" barrels? Thank you in advance for any replies.
- Brett

I think the asking price is fair.
If you would like to have the barrels refinished I would recommend Breck Gorman.
I will shoot you an opinion PM about tightening the barrels.
