Default Need help with 1891 Parker

Hello Gentlemen, I have owned this 1891 Parker for 40 years. I am the second owner. She has seen her share of use along with two burns on the fore end from a duck blind stove. But all numbers match-66900- and everything appears original. Appears to be #1 frame, model P. I would appreciate if any members could give me an estimate of her value as its time in my life to downsize collections. I will hopefully add photos. Thank you, George

Hello Dave, she is a 12 gauge. Not sure of choking but all is original. I will add a thread with more pictures.

George, Looks to be a nice honest gun and thanks for the additional pictures To bad about that forend though but that could be made right. I would think a 1 frame 12 with 30" tubes inthat condition should bring about $1200.00 /1500.00 dollars.

George: I think Dave is on target with his estimate. I wouldn't worry to much about the burn marks, that's just part of the history of the gun.

Best Regards, George Lander

Thanks to Dave and George. Years ago we would start off the season in the Dakotas for Sharptails and Huns over Setters. Then back to northern Wisconsin for Woodcock and Grouse. We used 12 gauges on the prairie and switched to 28 and 20s for Grouse. Only doubles. Those were the best of times. That said could someone recommend how to find a good home for her.
