Default Lanyards

Does anyone know if Wyatt Clark is still making lanyards? His last activity on the forum was 1/2016. Or does anyone know of anyone else that makes lanyards or leashes? I have a gentleman that used to make leashes and frequent dog shows. His wife passed away and he has 3 or 4 hundred pounds of leather straps that he has no use for any more. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I buy all of my leather goods and all the tack for our horses from a local Amish fellow here in South Central Kentucky, who is a terrific craftsmen. Jonah might be interested in the leather straps, and he certainly could be a source for lanyards, leashes, and collars.

However, as you might imagine, he heats his shop with wood, illuminates it with a Coleman lantern, and the power for his sewing machine comes from foot pedal power. The only way that I can contact him is by personal visit, because of course, he has no phone. And needless to say, he doesn't have a website.

Frankly, for many of us on the PGCA Forum, it is an ideal place to do business, free of all the nasty nuances of today's retail environment.

The transaction could take a while, but I'd be happy to look into it, unless something more viable pops up with your post.

Dave

Bruce Day posted information about someone building lanyards about a year ago. I would send him a email.
