Well,
If you are looking to work with what you have and make the cut and glued joint look like it is not there, then Mark Larson is your best bet. If the dimensions of it now are too much though, then making the joint go away will only be a cosmetic fix. To correct fit issues, you are liking at either a butt transplant or a restock. I think that for what you spent, you are not in a bad position given a worse case scenario.

Guys. Thanks for the advise. Now how do I find Mr. Larson if he is the man for the job. The gun fits just great and I shoot guns with standard dimensions (14.5, 1.25, 1.5). If I could have the contact information I would be very thankfull.

sounds like you have a gun that you can hardly miss with.. and with only a thousand in a 20 ga is about unheard of..i think you made a great buy...if it were mine i guess i would leave the stock alone since you do so well with it...looks ain t every thing....charlie
