Default Hello! and Help -- Lost, Strayed or Stolen...

Greetings all. It has taken me two days to find my way through the locked doors on this website. Frustrating. But I'm in, finally, and I would like to know if anyone can suggest where I can find a two-piece wooden cleaning rod for my Repro 28 ga, DT/28, which I love. I don't know where the original was lost, strayed to, or was stolen, but I want a replacement. Any suggestions? Please, and thanks.
PS - I also own a late Remington Parker 12 ga VHE on a 1/2 frame. Anyone have any ideas as to its worth? It has 98% case colors, metal and wood. 28 inch/ DT,Splinter, PG.

Thanks again.

Jim, Welcome to the PGCA Forum. We're sure glad you were able to get through the "locked doors" on this website and hope you will be a continuous visitor here and a regular poster.
Parkers built on the 1/2 frame have a lot of eager collectors and they seem to command a pretty high price when they come up for auction or sale.

Default Thanks, Robin and Thanks, Dean...

I'm still a bit baffled as to how to use this forum, so I hope this is correct. Robin, I followed the link you posted for Galazan and ordered a correct cleaning rosewood cleaning rod. That was Saturday. I couldn't figure out how to thank you then. On Sunday, I went online again and this time was linked up to the payment page -- silly me, I'd thought this was a complimentary site. No problem, however, my credit card got me in as a bona fide member.

Today Dean welcomed me to the membership, along with some advice re my VHE 1/2 frame. I think I'm going to enjoy this club. Thanks again!

Terrific Jim! It's good to have you as a "bona-fide" PGCA member. By being a PGCA member you are entitled to all the functions and features of the PGCA website including a couple of things non-members can't access. You will also receive the quarterly Parker Pages, a glossy 50-page journal of the Parker Gun Collectors Association which is a gold mine of information on just about all things Parker. Again, Welcome!
