I shot with Mario at the recent LC SMITH SXS shoot at Hunting Hills. He won 6 of the events I believe. I shot with him on the small bore course.
And yes Harry, I'll be there, getting in Wed afternoon.

I do not comment on other courses targets, but on a whole I'd say the scores are lower at Ernie's.
Regarding John's "cupcakes' vs " backbreakers", I throw targets that are fair to everyone with a couple separator targets. Nothing to fast or far and plenty of window to see the targets. I like shooters beating themselves, not getting beat up by my targets. There are some places that set targets to "beat" shooter X or Y or Z because the setter doesn't want him/her shooting a 100 straight. I set them to hit them and if you run the course, well done. This is our 19th year owning Rock Mountain and we've only had 3 scores of 100/100. We've had quite a few 100/100 in charity shoots with Mulligans, but those don't count. |
