Given the political leanings of the majority of Vermonters, That just proves there is a God, and he!! almost did freeze over.

God willing and the creek don't rise I'll be camping again this year. Anyone from Ohio who might like to make the trip and share my camp, give me a shout. I guess it would make sense travel wise if you were from south of US 70.

I'll be camping at The Inn in Montrose.

Rich, If you change your mind, let me know. I'll make room for you in my environmentally equalized tent. What do you think?

I appreciate the offer but I'll stick to The Inn. Clean sheets, indoor plumbing and a bar/restaurant downstairs....perfect.

Our bar/restaurant is on the same level and right outside our room, we don't bother with sheets, and indoor plumbing is highly overrated.

COB, The Inn is one of our favorite restaurants!! The steak is always done perfectly (crispy outside and twitching/red inside) and is good no matter how it is served or which cut you choose. Veggies are outstanding, apps are wonderful and the apple crisp w/ice cream is an outstanding dessert!! We may have to make an appearance there one night of the shoot.

Glad to hear you are going again, Matt. I have thought about camping. I am planning on bringing some smoked grouse and pheasant for our traditional bull session at Edgar and Alan's camp.
