Harry and I plan to hit it hard this weekend and we are loaded for bear. Not sure what or how many guns are in the truck now.

I might take the gun that is “ on the way”. What appears to be a 30” 12 bore grade 2 TL.

We shall see. Price was right!!

Harry shot and missed today. We were covered up with them. I have not heard such aggressive gobbling in years. We saw four and located at least two more in another area. Going back tomorrow for sure

...updated with Hastings straight rifled barrel, adjustable sights and .660
tube. # 5's come out of this barrel real nice. This was my SC Opening Day bird. Brined and roasted he was quite good.

If I’m not mistaken Saturday and today were youth spring turkey days and a friend took his ten year old daughter out behind my house this AM for a try . They got gobbled but no shots !
