When over 500 of the most important Wichesters, Savages and Marlins come out of a collection like Wes Adams', I doubt any get "recycled", to use your term. I also doubt you'll see any of the top 3 or 4 Parkers showing up on any other auction anytime soon either. Auction buyers don't pay 18-20% premiums and expect to make profits re-auctioning.

I have seen some Parkers and Winchesters that have appeared in more than one auction. I also know two members here that have had less than ideal dealings with Julia's.
