#9 gets my vote. A straight stock and its a 20! That would be in the Grouse woods with Daisy and me in a heartbeat.

My horrid attorney friend asked if there were any spectacular guns at the Fall Southern. He was expecting me to say some great Purdy's or Holland and Holland's etc. I told him the gun that held my attention was the A grade 20 gauge lifter Parker, #5 above.

I just could not pick an overall favorite gun. Each one had its own winning qualities.
As far as engraving goes, in the hammerless guns I went for the #1 gun with the deep relief. Just commands your appreciation.  For the hammer guns I chose #7 for its rectangular and oval panels for the game scenes, and the geometric accents. Kind of an engraving sampler.
