I have had 2 heart attacks in my lifetime. Both due to stress. I quit smoking, and don't drink any alchahol, but I made it a point to see how many miles I walk a day, and that I think is the best medicine. Be careful, you will start soon to remember how good you felt a few years ago. Above all maintain a healthy diet.... No you can't have any of that!! |

I believe in bicycling as an exercise tool particularly for those who are heavy or who have joint problems and need to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. There are many ways a person can start . If there is any way I can help and encourage people, let me know.
