I live one hour from Back Woods and I know Rich Hemingway. Plus I'm a member there.
It's a great place and have shot there many times. I plan on being there for the annual meeting. Bring your gun and shoot SC, 5 stand or hunt it's a great place.

Word to the wise, I called the 800 number to the Quality Inn and they said our block was sold out and there were only 3 rooms left starting at $89.99. We booked at the Jameson Inn next door and saved a few bucks.

I'll be there.....for the first annual meeting of the U.P. Grouse Hunters Benevolent Society located in Channing, MI on 6th street. Bird season isn't any better than the end of October.
