I'm sure the gun is a #3 frame from the thickness of the barrels at the breech, and the weight. I have never seen a #4 frame hammerless gun and a #2 frame 10 has thinner barrel walls at the breech.

You may very well be correct on frame size , however both of my 28” EH guns appear about that thick at the breech and both are on #2 frames .
