I contacted the seller to advise him as to what the gun was and wasn't. He thanked me and I see he did update the listing.

This is how it started; a 1919 Hunter Arms Fulton tradename gun, prior to the very classy embellishments. The Manhattan Arms guns were marked "Superior Quality" and "For Nitro Powder"

I know. And I told him that believe me or not, the gun is what it is. A Fulton that someone stamped up as a Parker. For some reason.

He was very nice and thankful to get any info that he could on the gun.

Most Parker fakeup guns with logos by cold chisel have been .410 Crescent or similar guns. If you're going the cold chisel route to make a Parker, it might as well be a .410. I have also seen .410 Crescents made into L.C. Smiths, more proper since the Smith is a sidelock like a Crescent.

but he could have looked at any of the dozens of Parkers on GB and known right away

Has the original Parker Bros flying goose recoil pad too. Hope this guy doesnt make counterfeit bills. LOL
