I have a 1899 GH 1 frame that was sent back to Remington and had the 28" Damascus barrels replaced with 1/2 frame V grade 26" barrels and forearm. It weighs 6" 11". the only Parker I have that is stamped I/C & MOD.

I like the 1 frame guns a lot as they seem a little more svelte than one and half or two frames. But they aren't always lighter. They just look that way. I rescued a one frame GH at a gun show and it weighs more than my two frame GH. Same barrel length.

I really like a 28" 0 frame 16 for walking around. Especially at the airport, everybody moves out of the way!
