Being an hour away from Dutchess County, I do most of my shopping over there. CT has even more paperwork.
The language is ambiguous at best, and BSA, Safari, and one other (Macys does not tell Bloomingdales, and I don't reveal all my favorite either), will still have you do a 4473 |
