There are a great number of recipes on Alliant's web site. The one I use in all three of my 12ga. Parkers, two of which are Damascus Barrels, is
Remington Nitro hull Remington 209 primer 17.5 grains of Clay Dot CB4100-12b wad 7/8 ounce of 7.5 shot 1200 f.p.s. 5400 p.s.i. The bushing in my Ponsness Warren drops 17.2 grains and the loads crush clays consistently. The recoil is also very acceptable. Tom |

For low pressure I've used Unique, 700X, Promo, Red Dot, American Select, and Green Dot to name a few. There are lots of powders out there for low pressure. Today it's more what you can get, not so much what you like.
