Have you ever done something that wakes you up at night? I sold a CHE 16 with 28" barrels, straight stock, DT, SSBP for $6,000 about 30 years ago.

About 12 + years ago Jack Plugiski ( sp)
At the antique arms show in LAS VEGAS HAD a 20 ChE, that had a stock extension About 1.5 inches long, look awful and his price $8500. Gun looked good, fit well, worked fine And the man in his comments said he wanted it gone. I had the price in mind that I would pay and he said would Sell for my number. I passed and have regretted it Every time I see a c grade 20, thinking it was the gun I passed on, but now sto c k fixed. I have made many Parker Mistakes |

I can't speak to the originality, but that is one fine looking gun. Negotiate a price that you feel comfortable with, and go for it.

If Jaquas still has the gun, my experience with them over 35 years is that they very rarely negotiate. They set a price and stick to it.

In my experience with Jaqua's, if the gun is consigned to them, they will contact the seller if a serious offer is made. In my opinion, the price they put on guns which they own is generally a fair price

I agree with you BIG D! That better reflects their business style. I've done a lot of business with them over the years and find them very fair.
