These photos are of a gun, that according to PGCA letter, was ordered by A.A. Sample Chicago IL in April 1879, shipped on August 1879. It was a 250.00 dollar grade lifter hammer gun, special instructions were "Best gun can make" and as you can see it has DD barrels, exquisite engraving, and beautiful wood, enjoy, the photos they will take a while for me to load, Gary
